Job Description

Linum Consult’s client is an international technical and engineering construction specialist. They are looking to hire a Junior Quantity Surveyor to join their team on a data centre construction project in Belgium.
RESPONSIBILITIES

You will be responsible for:
Developing and maintaining accurate cost reporting, monitoring, and forecasting for building & engineering works

Managing and producing Bill of Quantities

Visiting site, conducting surveys and measurements

Estimating the financial implications linked to program developments, contingencies, unforeseen events, etc.

Conducting price analyses

Carrying out assessments of claims

Conducting economic monitoring during the works phase

Organising subcontract settlements

Around 3-5 years of experience in Quantity Surveying on major commercial building projects
