Junior Project Coordinator

We are seeking a motivated and organized Junior Project Coordinator to join our commercial roofing team. Reporting directly to the Construction Manager, this role will assist with all phases of project delivery, from contract award through project closeout. The successful candidate will play a key role in coordinating project documentation, supporting field operations, and ensuring projects remain organized, compliant, and on schedule.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with project setup and contract administration.
• Assist with coordinating crew travel arrangements, including booking hotels and accommodations.
• Track and maintain Living Out Allowance (LOA) records for field employees.
• Coordinate site logistics, including portable toilets, fencing, waste bins, and equipment rentals.
