RESPONSIBILITIES:
Lead Generation & Prospecting
• Research and identify potential clients through digital platforms, events, and databases.
• Qualify inbound leads and schedule introductory calls or meetings.
• Maintain and update leads and activity logs in CRM systems.
Sales Support & Administration
• Assist mid- and senior-level consultants in proposal preparation, meeting documentation, and presentations.
• Coordinate administrative tasks such as scheduling, follow-ups, and call reports.
• Support data collection for market and competitor insights.
Client Interaction & Relationship Support
• Participate in introductory client meetings and calls alongside senior consultants.
• Provide timely responses to client queries and escalate complex requests.
• Support delivery teams in ensuring seamless onboarding after deal closure.
