Job Description

            Responsibilities  Support installation, configuration, and maintenance of Aruba wireless and switching solutions. 
Troubleshoot network, Wi‑Fi, and connectivity issues. 
Monitor network performance and perform firmware upgrades. 
Maintain network documentation and provide technical support to users. 
Rotational standby support on weekends and after office hours. 
 Skills Required  Basic knowledge of TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, VLAN, DNS, and DHCP. 
Familiar with CISCO products. 
Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
