Job Description
What you’ll be stepping into:
A high-volume production environment where machinery downtime costs real money, preventative maintenance is critical, and engineering thinking is expected from day one.
What you will be responsible for:
Supporting maintenance, troubleshooting, and optimisation of plant equipment
Identifying inefficiencies and driving continuous improvement initiatives
Assisting with project work, upgrades, and equipment installations
Working closely with production and maintenance teams to ensure operational excellence
Applying engineering principles to solve real-world manufacturing challenges
What we’re looking for:
BEng / BSc / BTech in Mechanical Engineering (recent graduate)
Strong academic foundation with a practical, hands-on mindset
Willingness to be on the factory floor, not just behind a desk
Strong problem-solving ability with a sense of urgency
