Junior Logistics Coordinator

This position will be supporting the Logistic Manager for coordinating logistics activities across different value chains in the Southeast Asia region, focusing initially on ocean going vessels. In this position, coordination with the commercial team helps to maximize the value of the trading books.

• Coordinate with commercial team, destination office, Global Logistics/origin/shippers and freight on all shipment planning and issues.
• Monitor shipments at loading or discharge ports to ensure smooth execution and meet requirements, notifying any potential or realized risks or issues to the Value Chain to resolve.
• Create and update all shipment planning/changes.
