Junior Legal Counsel, Manufacturing Company

Our client is a regional manufacturing company with an established presence across Asia. They provide business solutions to a diverse portfolio of industrial and infrastructure customers. They are currently looking to hire a Junior Legal Counsel to partner closely with the commercial teams and provide legal support across the organisation.

• You will provide day-to-day legal support on a broad range of commercial matters by drafting, reviewing, and negotiating agreements including distributor, maintenance and service contracts and non-disclosure agreements.
• You will partner closely with business stakeholders to provide practical, commercially focused legal advice, identify and mitigate legal risks and support key commercial initiatives.
