What Youll Drive
- Demonstrated ability to successfully manage large scale construction claims and disputes (including claims preparation negotiation adjudication mediation and all types of ADR).
- Involvement in non-contentious (including dispute avoidance training and workshops drafting agreements and standard terms and conditions contract reviews and negotiation and providing management and site team with practical advice on specialist large scale complex or problem projects).
- Tracked record experience in providing end to end support in the management of contentious matters.
- Knowledge of the range of applicable laws and regulations which impact on all facets of the operations.
- Knowledge and understanding of local courts system and arbitration forum (ICC DIAC DIFC).
