Junior Leasing Consultant

• Develop and implement annual leasing strategies to maximise occupancy.
• Identify problem vacancies and execute corrective strategies.
• Analyse leasing reports and anticipate occupancy trends.

Lead Management & Deal Execution

• Follow up all leads within required timeframes.
• Manage with relevant team members where necessary, full leasing cycle: tenants sourcing, applications, credit checks, proposals, negotiations, and lease conclusion.
• Ensure Proposal‑to‑Let, lease documents, resolutions, sureties, and supporting documents are complete and accurate.

Tenant & Stakeholder Relationship Management

• Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants, brokers, and internal departments.
