You are an emerging Learning Designer with experience in supporting Design Teams to create engaging learning activities and compelling course content through the process of working with SMEs and other project team members. You enjoy applying tested instructional design theories, practice and methods and are able to articulate instructional end goals and work with experts to create content that engages learners to successfully achieve learning objectives.
What’s the Job?
As a Junior Learning Designer, you will contribute to the design and development of impactful, results‑driven training systems. In our flexible, remote workplace, you will report to the Director of Delivery and create with guidance from the Director of Design and other Learning Designers. You will collaborate with a team that may include Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), Learning Designers, Project Managers, and Artists.
