Role Purpose

To support litigation team in managing legal cases, executions and enforcement files.

Key Accountabilities of the role

1. Assist and handle litigation cases and execution files related to court judgments and legal claims.
2. Track execution actions and follow up with relevant authorities when required.
3. Maintain organized case files and legal documentation.
4. Update and maintain case records in the e-case system, upload court documents, hearing decisions and results.
5. Prepare legal opinion, internal and external legal reports.
6. Coordinate with internal stakeholders to obtain documents required for legal cases.
7. Provide case status updates to internal stakeholders when requested.
