Junior IT Support Technician

Chisholm Bookmakers is a family run business established in the 1950s with 32 betting shops located throughout the North East of England and Cumbria. Through our association with the Bookmakers Technology Consortium we provide IT services to over 500 shops in the UK and Ireland. We are looking for a full time IT Support Technician to join our team based at our Company head office in Ashington, Northumberland. The role will primarily involve providing technical support to our customers across Chisholm and BTC client estates . You will configure & test new hardware/software for use in a production environment and carry out routine maintenance and effective housekeeping on current I.T. systems and infrastructures.
