Junior Human Capital Business Partner

Main Job Responsibilities

• Act as a strategic HR partner to business leaders and stakeholders
• Basic knowledge of HR Business Partner functions and employee lifecycle management.
• Basic understanding of Indonesian Labor Law and employment regulations.
• Liaise with relevant internal teams to ensure timely and accurate preparation of required reports and HR documentation in compliance with regulations set by the regulator (OJK).
• Collaborate with cross-functional HR teams to implement HR initiatives
• Good understanding of recruitment and talent acquisition processes, including sourcing, interviewing, candidate assessment, and onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and hiring strategies
• Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines through various sourcing channels
• Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment campaigns
