Junior High Teacher (Grade 7-9) (Edmonton)

Archbishop Joseph MacNeil School (AJM) is a K‑9 school located in southwest Edmonton serving a diverse student population. The junior high teaching team is looking for a JuniorHighTeacher to teach French as a Second Language (FSL) and Religion for grades7‑9. Appointment is 1.0FTE, and the position may lead to a continuous contract based on performance.

Responsibilities

• Teach FSL to students in grades 7,8,9.
• Teach Religion to students in grades 7,8,9.
• Collaborate with colleagues on instructional strategies and support diverse learning needs.
• Participate in school community activities and service‑learning initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Education Degree.
• Valid Alberta Teaching Certificate.
• Practicing Catholic.
