Avanti Le Spa is hiring a Junior Hairdresser / Colorist .

This role is ideal for someone starting out in the industry or a stylist without an established clientele who wants hands‑on experience, real mentorship, and a clear path to building their own chair.

The role:

• Assist senior stylists, colorists, and educators.
• Hands‑on learning on real clients.
• Hairdressing assistant work (prep, blow‑dries, color support, treatments etc.).
• Actively build your skills and your clientele.

Client building:

• Clients are provided weekly.
• We work with lead generators that bring in new clients consistently.
• You’ll have the opportunity to build your own clientele quickly , not just assist forever.
