Job Description
A luxury safari lodge situated in the heart of the KZN is seeking an enthusiastic, junior Field Guide to join their team. This role is ideal for a passionate, newly qualified guide looking to gain valuable industry experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Guest Guiding : Conduct exceptional, informative game drives across the reserve.
- Hosting Duties : Host guests for dinners and social evenings an average of 7 times per month.
- Lodge Operations : Assist with general maintenance, lodge projects, and camp duties during quieter periods when no drives are scheduled.
Requirements
- Qualifications : Valid NQF2/CATHSSETA qualifications and Up to date NDT Registration
- No Trails Requirement : This lodge focuses entirely on vehicle-bound safaris. Candidates seeking to log walking hours or become trails guides will not be suitable.
