Your Role
As a Junior Estimator, you will:
- Interpret architectural and structural drawings along with other relevant project documents.
- Perform digital take-offs using Cubit Estimating software.
- Prepare accurate Bills of Quantities (BOQ) for concrete, structural works, and interior finishes.
- Maintain and update estimating databases using industry-leading software.
- Collaborate with the cost planner to compile comprehensive tender cost plans.
- Analyze and negotiate quotations from various subcontractors and suppliers.
- Assist in budget optimization and support contract administration functions.
