Job Description
Responsibilities
- Handle customer concerns and provide technical support (onsite and remote)
- Repair, troubleshoot, and document equipment (warranty and chargeable)
- Monitor project status and engineering activities
- Prepare reports, recommendations, and turnover documents
- Maintain backup files and system alignment data
- Ensure proper logging, tracking, and endorsement of service cases
- Coordinate with customers and internal teams for issue resolution
- Report technical issues and defects to management
Job Requirements
- Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Electrical Communications, or related field
- Minimum 2 years relevant experience
- With IT/technical support background preferred
- Knowledge of audio-visual systems is an advantage
- Willing to work overtime, night shifts, and travel on short notice
