Junior Demand Planner – Madrid (hybrid)
Experience: 1–2 years in demand planning, forecasting, supply chain or S&OP.

Responsibilities
Support the preparation and update of the demand forecast, consolidating information from markets, affiliates, and regions.
Analyze sales history, trends, seasonality and other factors influencing demand.
Participate in the preparation of information for monthly planning cycles such as S&OP/IBP.
Monitor deviations between forecast and actual demand and identify root causes with the team.
Align forecasts with Supply Planning to ensure product availability and meet supply needs.
