Junior Controllership Tester/Test Coordinator (Philippines)

As a Junior Tester / Test Coordinator , you will support testing activities across multiple business and technology teams within a banking environment. You will help coordinate stakeholders, track test progress, and ensure issues, defects, and project artefacts move forward in a timely manner. Your contribution will focus on test execution, coordination, and providing support to the Test Management team.

What You’ll Do and How You’ll Succeed

• Coordinate testing activities across business users, developers, and test leads.
• Monitor defect and issue tickets, follow up on items not progressing, and escalate concerns when needed.
