Junior Compliance officer

Overview

Mission of the role: As a Junior Compliance Officer within the Task Force team, you will play an important role in the team’s various programs, ensuring the bank adheres to applicable regulatory and internal standards. Your primary responsibility will be to participate in review of risk and client files, ensuring that financial crime risks are effectively identified, assessed, and mitigated in alignment with FINMA expectations and the Group’s global Financial Crime Compliance (FCC) framework. Operating in a high-visibility project environment, you will contribute to strengthening the bank’s compliance posture, enhancing audit‑readiness, and delivering sustainable compliance outcomes.
