Junior Buyer Kids Wear

We are seeking a passionate and commercially driven Junior Buyer to manage the Babywear category across Newborn and Infant segments for both Boys and Girls. The role involves building trend‑right and commercially viable assortments tailored to GCC customer preferences while delivering targeted sales, margin and inventory objectives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage seasonal assortments across Newborn and Infant categories for Boys and Girls, ensuring products are age‑appropriate, trend‑driven, and commercially relevant.
• Partner with the Planning team to review seasonal and quarterly OTB budgets and build balanced assortments aligned with business objectives.
• Analyse historical sales performance, customer insights, and market trends to make informed buying decisions.
• Monitor category performance and recommend actions to optimize sales, inventory, and profitability.
