Capacity Pod is hiring a Junior Bookkeeper to support U. S. small-and-mid-sized business clients from our office in Cambuí, Campinas. You will own day-to-day bookkeeping: recording transactions, managing accounts receivable and accounts payable, reconciling bank and credit card accounts, and keeping clients' books clean, current, and audit-ready.
This is a CLT position based full-time at our office. You will work directly with international finance leaders and operate in business English every day. Capacity Pod will invest in your certifications, your tooling, and your professional development — but the role demands ownership, attention to detail, and the discipline to deliver on time, every month.
