CBCL Limited is seeking a Junior Automation & Controls Specialist for its Electrical & Instrumentation Engineering team in Halifax, NS. The specialist will assist in the development, programming, and commissioning of industrial control systems and provide support across the project lifecycle. Responsibilities
Assist in the development, programming, and commissioning of PLC, HMI, and SCADA applications for industrial control systems across multiple industries. Support on‑site troubleshooting, commissioning, and startup under the guidance of senior staff. Collaborate with experienced staff to support the selection of control system hardware and software and system architectures. Assist with control system network architecture development using industry‑standard communication protocols.
