Job Overview: Design & Development Engineer • Responsible for overseeing the design and development of residential and commercial real estate projects. • Work closely with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure that all projects are executed with the highest standards of quality, within budget, and on schedule & facilitate meetings regularly. • This role requires a strong understanding of design principles, construction processes, and project management. • Lead the conceptual and schematic design phases of real estate projects. • Collaborate with architects, interior designers, and engineers to develop project designs that align with company goals and market demands. • Review architectural plans, ensuring they meet regulatory requirements and company standards and process for concerned HOD/Director’s approval. • Coordinate with local authorities and regulatory bodies to ensure all necessary approvals are obtained. • Ensure that all projects comply with loc...
