Working knowledge of those it interacts with to shape and define the service domain capability within Santander.

· Experience working on complex projects with multiple stakeholders.

· Proven experience in solution architecture, and the creation of solution designs and documentation to support the delivery of projects.

· Strong understanding of applying risk and control frameworks, policies and standards to solution architecture.

· Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

· English at least B2+/C1
