Job Title: Junior Analyst – Accounts Receivable

Job Responsibilities:

Apply customer payments via EFT/Cheque/Wire

Investigate mis-applied payments

Liaise with internal team to resolve unapplied payment issues

Exporting data from Excel in large volumes

Performing analysis on aged receivables

Reconciling payment batches at end of day

Ad hoc reporting

Qualifications:

Strong verbal and written communication skills

+ years of accounts receivable experience

Advanced excel skills (v-look ups & pivot tables,SQL)

Previous experience working with Oracle is an asset
