Junior AI Marketing Engineer

Your Role

We’re hiring an AI Marketing Engineer: a recent graduate who already thinks in systems and builds with AI, and would rather automate a workflow than do it manually twice. You will work directly under the Senior Director of Marketing to build AI‑native tooling, automations, and data infrastructure that powers TrustFlight’s go‑to‑market. You will sit at the intersection of Marketing, Sales, Product, and Customer Operations, building the internal systems and data flows that connect these teams and make them faster.
