Junior Accountant Payable - EY GDS Spain - Hybrid

The opportunity

As part of the EY GDS Core Business Services (CBS) team in Málaga, you will join a diverse and high-performing group supporting the firm’s operations. Within Finance, and integrated into the Accounts Payable function, you will play a critical role in ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance across financial processes, while actively contributing to the function’s transformation towards automation and data-driven operations.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end processing of supplier invoices in workflow tools and SAP, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Record and monitor provisions, accruals and reclassifications.
• Perform Accounts Payable reconciliations, investigating and resolving discrepancies.
• Maintain and update vendor master data in coordination with central teams.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities, ensuring timely delivery.
