Junior Accountant

lastminute.com is looking for an Accountant for its Accountancy team based in India.

The person, reporting to the Indian Finance Manager, will contribute to the accounting closing of the different local Indian entities and will oversee general accounting operations by controlling and verifying the financial transactions but will also have the opportunity to support the accounting teams who manage the other entities of the Group from the HQ based in Switzerland.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily accounting entries and maintain accurate books of accounts in the ERP system
• Process invoices, payments, receipts, journal entries, debit/credit notes, and petty cash transactions
• Perform bank, vendor, customer, and ledger reconciliations
