Job Description
We are looking for a detail oriented and motivated Junior Accountant to our growing Finance team. The ideal candidate will be comfortable in handling large transaction volumes and deliver accurate and timely financial reports in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Record and process daily sales, purchases, payments and expenses with high accuracy.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely reconciliations and vendor/customer follow-ups.
- Assist in preparing monthly/quarterly/annual financial statements.
- Support VAT filings and ensure compliance with local regulations.
- Monitor cash flow and prepare reports for management.
- Work closely with auditors and support annual audit processes.
- Understanding of retail and warehouse inventory controls.
- Suggest and implement process improvements for efficiency and accuracy.
