Job Description

Test Engineer – Process, you will be responsible for leading project improvement in the Burn In area, supporting execution and addressing manufacturing issues related to test process. You will be expected to continuously improve manufacturing processes through innovative solutions, collaborating across teams and disciplines. Your role is critical in driving test process improvements to enhance system robustness and scalability through systematic approaches and appropriate tools.

• Collaborating with product managers, NPI engineers, assembly engineers, manufacturing supervisors, and QA to meticulously scope, plan, design, and implement new features while maintaining existing functionality.
• Upholding and enforcing high engineering standards across the team.
