- Technology Evaluation: Hands-on technical assessment of robotics platforms (humanoid, backpack, manipulators, gloves); deliver structured reports with architecture analysis and trade-off recommendations.
- Ecosystem Scouting: Map the Chinese robotics ecosystem — identify emerging players, track technology trends, maintain technology intelligence database.
- Technical Due Diligence: Lead technical deep-dives on candidate vendors: architecture review, performance benchmarking, integration feasibility, risk assessment. Commercial evaluation handled by BROB business teams.
- Technical Advisory: Translate BROB business requirements into technical specifications; provide architectural guidance for pilot projects; feed back CR research insights to inform BROB technical decisions.
