Jr. Supply Planner

As a Junior Supply Planner , you will provide operational and administrative support to the Materials Planning team through document control and logistics tracking of materials. You will support planning activities related to supplier management and inventory‑at‑risk administration. These activities will also involve the Quality Management System (QMS). Your role will ensure information integrity and compliance with internal processes. The ultimate goal is to support a thoughtful manufacturing operation.

You will report to Planning Supervisor.

Key Responsibilities

• Validate document consistency among purchase orders, invoices, transportation documents, and customs documentation.
• Verify compliance with pricing, Incoterms, tax information, and import/export requirements to ensure adherence to established processes.
