Responsibilities
- JavaScript development on the ServiceNow platform
- Provide critical subject matter expertise around the ServiceNow platform
- ServiceNow Orchestration
- ServiceNow application development
- Lab environment development (build, configure, test, document)
- Creation of demo environments showcasing integration between ServiceNow and 3rd party platforms
- Maintain technical and functional knowledge of evolving market solutions and offerings
- Scripting (JavaScript, Web Services, HTML, CSS, Jelly)
Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Enterprise and/or IT Service Management experience
- Advanced System Administration experience
- Database configuration and administration within ServiceNow
