Job Description
Jr poduction manager
As a Jr poduction manager you will lead all production operations to ensure compliance with established quality, volume, cost, and delivery goals, optimizing available resources while ensuring adherence to safety regulations and company standards. You will work reporting to the production manager in our plant located in Tepexpan.
Responsibilities
- You will accomplish production plans that meet demand, timelines, and quality requirements aligned with our goals and maximize productivity while maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety, contributing to our growth and profitability.
- You will lead teams by encouraging teamwork, promoting a positive work environment.
- You will identify continuous improvement opportunities within production processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs and lead times.
- You will ensure products meet established quality standards and specifications.
