Your JobThe Jr Computer Systems Engineer will be responsible for the administration and support of networks, servers, and communication protocols, with a primary focus on the implementation of the Manufacturing Integration Intelligence (MII) system throughout the plant. His work will include ensuring the connectivity and integration of automatic connector assembly machines, manual assembly processes, and molding processes, ensuring that the system works properly in all areas of manufacturing.

Assist with supporting the GetPaid integral user base. Own the life cycle of submitted tickets, troubleshoot and resolve issues using technical and critical thinking skills, monitor and maintain OTC and interconnected systems, and identify root causes and support trends to reduce or prevent future user disruption.
