Journeyman Painter

Reporting to the Paint Supervisor, the purpose of Journeyman Painter includes, but is not limited to, being capable of performing all aspects of the Paint Department, working with other employees as a part of a team, and being prompt and on time daily for work. Experience with paint spray techniques and learning all aspects of the job as required is essential.

4 x 10-hour shifts per week.

Principle Responsibilities and Duties

• Knowledge of Alkyd, Enamel, Polyurethane, Epoxies, and Zinc industrial paints
• Painting of Gas Compression, Gas Processing and Power Generation equipment to a high standard of quality primarily using airless spraying equipment
