8 Month Contract With A Local Authority Job Purpose To carry out high-quality joinery and multi-trade maintenance work on vacant (void) council properties, ensuring homes are refurbished efficiently and to a high standard so they are ready for new residents as quickly as possible. Key Responsibilities Carry out a range of joinery repairs and installations, including hanging doors and fitting complete kitchens. Complete basic plumbing tasks as required. Undertake wall tiling to a good standard. Carry out general multi-trade maintenance work within void properties. Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard of quality. Work as part of the Voids Team to help minimise property turnaround times. Maintain a clean, safe, and organised working environment.
