Detail:
Oversee daily operations of the Electronic and Mechanical Repair Department.
Ensure service levels are consistently maintained in line with company standards.
Allocate and prioritise repairs via the mechanical repair board.
Address technical issues raised in daily meetings and escalate where necessary.
Provide technical guidance and support on complex queries and repairs.
