Detail:
Drive branch sales performance and achieve revenue and profitability targets.
Develop and implement strategic sales plans aligned with national objectives.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships while ensuring exceptional service delivery.
Lead, coach and develop branch staff to achieve high performance.
Oversee branch operations, ensuring efficiency, safety and compliance with company standards.
Manage stock control processes, ensuring stock accuracy, loss prevention and effective inventory management.
Monitor debtor accounts in partnership with the finance team to ensure sound financial control.
Assist with annual sales and cost centre budgeting and ensure expenditure remains within approved budgets.
