Responsibilities: Utilities & production Equipments
Operation & Maintenance of kv/kV- Unit MRS/Substations, DG Generator (HT<) Operation & Maintenance of other Electrical facilities for utility systems like, compressor, chiller, Water Treatment Plant and ETP/STP, AHU, AC systems, UPS systems, Lifts, Fire detection systems, Earthing system, Lightening arrestor Liaison with Electricity distribution co. for power requirements / maintenance planning, MIDC, MPCB Scheduling and conducting preventive maintenance activities,(IR, TBM) and predictive maintenance (CBM) Breakdown maintenance / Root cause analysis and corrective actions. Hands on Experience in PLC, CNC, Automation & Robotics (Fanuc, Siemens, Allen-Bradly, Mitsubishi) Participation in commissioning of the new machine and planning for regular maintenance Reconditioning of machines based on life, cap...
