Job Description
To provide an effective office administration and coordination support to the SHE department, ensuring accurate record-keeping, documentation and the smooth day-to-day running of operations.

Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day office administration support to the SHE Officer and the SHE department.
- Maintain accurate filing, record-keeping and document control for the department.
- Capture, update and manage information on relevant systems, spreadsheets and registers.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments and training sessions, including invitations, agendas and minutes.

- Tertiary qualification in Office Administration or Business and Information
