JOB DETAILS

Supervise day-to-day operations of the manufacturing/processing unit.


Ensure timely production and dispatch of finished goods.



Coordinate with production, quality, and logistics teams.



Maintain work discipline and monitor worker productivity.



Check inventory levels of raw materials and finished goods.



Prepare and maintain basic production reports in Excel or physical records.



Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.



Resolve minor technical or operational issues and escalate major concerns to management.
