JOB DETAILS

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Accounts and Finance Manager to oversee the financial operations of the organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing accounting functions, financial reporting, budgeting, taxation (including GST and TDS), and general administrative operations.
Key Responsibilities:

Accounting & Finance:

Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, and payroll.

Prepare accurate financial statements, MIS reports, and balance sheets.

Monitor cash flow, fund flow, and working capital requirements.

Prepare and manage budgets and forecasts.

Conduct periodic internal audits and coordinate with external auditors.

Taxation (Direct & Indirect):

Ensure timely and accurate calculation, filing, and payment of all taxes including Income Tax, GST, and TDS.
