About the Role We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Job Board Specialist to manage and optimize our job board strategy across multiple staffing platforms. This role is responsible for posting, maintaining, and optimizing job advertisements, managing job board subscriptions, monitoring applicant flow, and supporting recruiters by ensuring maximum job visibility and candidate attraction. The ideal candidate should have experience working in the staffing and recruiting industry and be familiar with leading job boards, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and recruitment operations. Key Responsibilities Manage job postings across multiple job boards, including LinkedIn Jobs, Indeed, Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, ZipRecruiter, and niche job boards.
