Job Architecture Specialist

Position Summary

The Job Architecture Specialist is responsible for the design, maintenance and governance of Old Mutual’s Job Architecture framework. The role ensures job families, job levels, career paths and role profiles remain accurate, consistent and aligned to organisational design principles. It partners with Organisation Design, HR Business Partners, Reward and business stakeholders to deliver job architecture solutions that support organisational effectiveness, workforce planning, talent management and career development.
