Job Description
SUMMARY
The Junior Trouble Shooter attends and solves all breakdowns and call backs on his route. He has at least 150 units under maintenance in his area of responsibility.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Adhere to all safety and compliance rules of the company
- Receive, use and maintain his Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
- Receive, use and maintain his tools
- Conduct 10 Rules Audit
- Corrective Maintenance activities
- Repairs and spare parts replacements as instructed
- Execute action plans to reduce the entrapment cases / breakdowns / call backs on his run
- Support Trouble Shooters to develop action plans, execute action plan to reduce repeated breakdowns
- Conduct quality inspections on third party equipment as instructed
- Fill and submit checklist or reports pertaining to the activities
