Responsibilities
- Retail Sales: Promote and sell goldjewellery to walk-in customers.
- Customisation Services: Understand customers’ preference to recommend and curate suitable custom-made designs.
- End-to-End Service: Act as a bridge between customers and craftsmen/designers to ensure the custom orders meets expectations.
- Operations: Handle POS transactions, daily inventory management, and maintain visual merchandising standards.
- Character: Honest, reliable, and possesses a high level of integrity.
- Experience: Experience in retail or jewellery industry is an added advantage.
- Drive: Service-oriented, positive, and driven to achieve sales targets.
