Responsibilities

• Implement commercial and operational strategies, including campaigns, activations, and exhibitions.
• Monitor commercial, operational, logistics and stock KPIs to create and implement timely action plans.
• Supervise stock management: weekly order requests, weekly stock review, expiring product control.
• Ensure proper cash handling.
• Lead people management processes for the teams under your charge (schedules, permissions, absences, performance, teamwork promotion, conflict resolution).
• Deliver a personalized and close customer service experience, using product knowledge obtained in training to guide and retain customers.
